Refund Policy
All licensing and sales purchases are direct payment transactions between our sellers and buyers. As a result, Inadot.com (Inadot Inc.) cannot, nor will not be responsible for any refunds for any licensing or sales purchases as we are not directly involved in the actual payment transaction. Inadot.com (Inadot Inc.) will not be liable or held responsible for any fraudulent payments, fraudulent activity, insufficient funds, any form of unfulfilled payment(s), any losses, or damages (financial or otherwise) due to any payment transactions between buyers and sellers. Buyers and sellers subject to any fraudulent payments, fraudulent activity, insufficient funds, any form of unfulfilled payment(s), any losses, or damages (financial or otherwise) due to any payment transactions between sellers and buyers through Inadot.com (Inadot Inc.) must deal directly with the person(s) involved in the actual payment transaction. If buyers or sellers wish to file any civil or legal claims due to any fraudulent payments, fraudulent activity, insufficient funds, any form of unfulfilled payment(s), any losses, or damages (financial or otherwise), all claims must be filed against the direct person(s) involved in the actual payment transaction, Inadot.com (Inadot Inc.) will not be held liable or responsible.

In addition, Inadot.com (Inadot Inc.) will only offer refunds if by any chance there is an internal error which resulted in any unintentional charges to a user from Inadot.com or from a website built using Inadot technology (Inadot Inc.), or any other unexpected legitimate cases which qualify for reimbursements per our Team's discretion only. Please note that if we have any reason to believe a the buyer or seller is suspected of fraudulent activity, the buyer or seller will not receive a reimbursement and their account/ability to purchases will be closed/blocked without warning or notice, and per our discretion. Investigations for all applicable reimbursement requests can take up to 14 business days to complete by our Team from the date the request was submitted. If the reimbursement request is found to be legitimate and applicable by our Account Management Team, the verified amount identified by our Team will be reimbursed within 14 business days of the date the reimbursement request was submitted. By using Inadot.com (Inadot Inc.), buyers and sellers agree to all of these terms and also agree to license, sell, and distribute their content and use Inadot.com (Inadot Inc.) at their own risk.
